The Christmas Market at Schloss Hof Estate combines traditional handicrafts, festive cuisine and a colourful programme for children and the whole family to create an unforgettable pre-Christmas experience.

A variety of exhibitors invite visitors to marvel at, taste and discover creative products, while warming punch and delicious treats ensure enjoyable breaks.

NEW: Travel by shuttle bus from Vienna

• NEW: Magic of Lights! Sparkling illuminations and figures of light create magic moments. Selfie spots included! | 10 am – 7 pm | included in admission
• Seasonal Christmas music in the Arcade Courtyard (Arkadenhof)
  Brass ensembles and choirs play and sing Christmas carols.
• Christmas in the stable and live crib on the estate farm |Our animal residents bring the Christmas story to life. | 10 am – 1 pm and 3 pm – 5 pm | included in admission
• Christmas crafts workshop in the Children and Family World
  Make your own very personal Christmas gifts with lots of different craft materials. 10 am – 5 pm | € 3.50 per workpiece
• Crib Exhibition in the Sala Terrena|10 am – 7 pm| included in admission
  On show is a selection of historical and artistically crafted cribs.
• Writing room in the Children and Family World|11 am – 5 pm
  In our writing room children can write down their Christmas wishes in a personal letter. | included in admission

  Take a tour to discover the magnificent state rooms of Schloss Hof and this year's Christmas exhibition. Listen to festive stories and experience a journey through time into the tradition of Advent.

VIENNA: On all Christmas market days from the MAK Hop On Hop Off station:

• Departure from Vienna at 2:15 p.m. – arrival at Schloss Hof at 3:30 p.m.
• Departure from Schloss Hof at 6:30 p.m. – Arrival in Vienna at 7:45 p.m. 

Prices for the shuttle bus (return trip): Adults € 5.00 | Children under 18 free of charge
Prices for the shuttle bus (return trip) including Christmas market admission: Adults € 16.00 | Children € 5.50

During the Christmas holidays the state rooms and the Christmas Exhibition are open daily and the Restaurant Kräutergarten invites you to enjoy an exquisite menu (from 25 December 2025 till 6 January 2026). 

The State Rooms and the Christmas exhibition are open daily (except 24 December), and the magical illuminations will shine in festive splendour from 27 December 2025 to 6 January 2026.
